I started a little video series on the YouTube channel focused on procrastination. This video shares a technique I found very useful for releasing unhelpful emotions, and attachments to things. It’s called the Sedona Method. The method is pretty straightforward, but can be used for lots of things. Check out the video to get a sampling of it before exploring further.
